Websites that work for you & your brand

Your website tells the story of your brand and business.  It needs to offer your clients and customers a tantilising taste of what they’ll experience when they work with you or buy your products.  More importantly, it should offer a simple and easeful user experience.

Your web design journey

Designing a website that really works for you is far more than choosing a template and some pretty pictures.

The work begins before we even consider layout or designs.

We’ll work together so that I understand how your users think, what they’re looking for and what you have to offer them. I’ll then plan their journey seamlessly through your site – so it’s easy for them to find, navigate and more  become a loyal customer or client.

I’ll then design a user-friendly, brand-elevating website, available across all devices, anywhere at any time. It will integrate with all your marketing needs and social accounts, and be easy to manage and update.

I’ll seek your feedback on the design and layout at various touchpoints, so you’re involved at each stage.

How it works

  • You get in touch with me by email or the form below
  • We’ll arrange a time to chat through what you need and so I can get to know you and your business, and your issues with your current site (if you have one)
  • I’ll then send you a proposal and contract.  If you’re happy with this, you will pay a 50% deposit before work begins.
  • Websites usually take on average 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on your needs.
  • I’ll gather information from you about your brand, your business and what you’re wanting from your new site.  If we are doing any branding work combined with the website I will create some preliminary mood boards to guide the design vision and get your input and feedback on these.
  • I’ll then create an initial design frame and layout and you’ll be invited to feedback.
  • From there I’ll create and design the site, and then invite your feedback for the first round of amends.
  • There will then be the opportunity for testing, checking and a final round of amends.
  • Once you are happy with the finished product and the final balance has been paid, the site will go live.  I”ll give you all the log ins and we’ll arrange a video call where I’ll go through how to update and maintain your site if you are wanting to do this yourself.  We can also set up a maintenance package if you are wanting me to do this for you moving forward.

Why choose me?

What makes me different from all the other web designers out there:

  • I have years of high level experience creating bespoke brand identity and high quality websites.
  • I offer an exceptional experience for you as the client, with multiple touchpoints for feedback and communication along the design journey.
  • You own your site at the end (unlike some web design companies who retain the rights to your site)
  • As a business owner and creative myself, I understand your visions for your brand and website, as well as your fears, concerns and worries.  I take time to get to know you and your business before we start work together.
  • I offer a complimentary follow up video call to show you how to update your site with additional information over time – or you can choose one of my follow on packages and let me take care of the maintenance over time.
  • There’s no hidden extras  – I’ll send you a proposal over before we start work together that clearly outlines costs.  All packages include sorting common domain or hosting issues as standard.
